My Blackbeerry was booked in for repairs on the 28/01, was called to collect on the 2nd, as repairs were completed. Only to find out, not all of the problems had been fixed! Phone was rebooked for repairs, I was promised I could collect my phone the 4th. Since then I've been promised by the creasta staff when phoning that I will have my phone daily. Only to be to again and again. SHOCKING SERVICE!! I have only had one weeks use of with my phone, now am paying for something I can't use.
