LTE modem problem

In Oct 2013 Telkom stopped servicing the Wimax service in 4ways area. They offered me instead an LTE modem - no phone but fast internet.
For three months I have been trying to get the smtp outgoing server name resolved. Telkom told me on the phone I must use [URL Removed]
My internet service provider Worldonline/Tiscali confirmed that is the correct smtp address.
When I use that smtp address I get emails returned saying "relay access denied".
Today, after holding on for 20 minutes for Telkom's Lesego she put the phone down on me when I asked for her email address!
This nonsense is affecting my ability to do business
