Beware Bad Service

I have been a subscriber to Telkom land and ADSL line for almost 10 years. Recently I decided to investigate a WiFi Internet connection for my laptop to add to my bundle for when I am out of the office. I first went to the new Telkom Shop at Fourways Mall. Describing to them what I am looking for they referred me to the Telkom Shop at Fourways Crossing. Today (27 July 2013) I then went over to the Telkom Shop at Fourways Crossing to enquire about the service. I asked the guard at the door upon entering the shop and he just referred me to the queue. After standing waiting for a while with other customers I noticed that a lady entered the shop, she was then taken from the BACK of the queue to a desk for service. Upon seeing this I immediately left the shop. I realize that one has to wait for service, however the way it is done at the Telkom shop clearly shows disorganization and perhaps poorly trained staff. Luckally we now have several inernet service providers in South Africa that I am sure will want my custom and provide a more professional service. Dr Frans A Ko
