I was forced to drive to the courier company to collect my device as Autopage had completely messed up the delivery address and instructions. I collected on the Friday and called the call centre to activate the SIM on the Saturday but was told that my ID no was not on the system; hence the agent could not assist me. Later that afternoon I went into Autopage Pavilion and a consultant verified that my ID number was not on the system and she could not assist me. I waited till the Monday and called the call centre to request activation but YET again was told the same story.By Wednesday the SIM was STILL not activated. I called the call centre yet again and requested to speak to a supervisor, but the agent was unwilling to transfer my call, after threatening to lodge a complaint with ICASA did he transfer me to a supervisor. The supervisor was very helpful but I still had to wait 24 hours for activation to take place, which was unacceptable. I WANT A REPRESENTATIVE TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THIS UTTERLY DISGUSTING SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED OR I WILL LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH ICASA
