UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I bought a Samsung S3 from AUTOPAGE (Northgate) towards the end of last year and in the beginning of this year it stopped working. I phoned AUTOPAGE and spoke to Renaldo (the store manager) who asked me to bring in the handset with the box and all accessories. On the 11th of January I took the phone with the box and accessories in and was told if the phone is less than 6 months I would receive a new phone. I was then asked for proof of purchase which i did not have as the phone was delivered to me. I informed them that the phone was delivered and they should have their records. Now AUTOPAGE says my request has been denied as I did not send proof of purchase. This is totally unacceptable as AUTOPAGE should know when i got the phone. Now that they don't have records it's my fault!!! This is pathetic.
