Unacceptable!!!

I have had NONE stop problems with Cell C since my contract started. Today again, my line gets cut. Then to hear a call centre agent spoke to me on the 4th of December, telling me my account is R30 behind??? It is an ABSOLUTE lie. Firstly Cell C never speaks to me, because the contract is in My Boyfriends name (even after countless request from him for them to speak to me directly). Secondly, I remember that call and after the agent asked for him, I offered his cell number. She already had it on system and he then missed their call. Not once did a agent tell me I was behind and speak to his "girlfriend, who uses the phone he pays for. This is absolutely unacceptable. And still my original problem, months back hasn't been properly reaolved. The cheek of Cell C. Absolutely Pathetic Service and this lie, is UNACCEPTABLE! I refuse to accept this. I pay almost R400 a month for what?!
