Can't get through to 140 numbe

On saturday I called the 140 number, and chose the option to speak to a consultant since I wantd to enquire about my account. After listening to the same song for a whole hour I got an option for an agent to call me back. Not once in that whole hour did I get any other option than to stay on the line. Not even an indication of where I am in the queue. As my ears were bleeding from the horrendous song and my patience being tested to the max I opted for a call back... which I never received. I switched to cell c less than a month ago and I am already regretting this. Something i was warned about by quite a few of my peers. Since I live on a farm and work office hours its difficult to get to a cell c outlet. In future I will not opt for the cheapest rates since I am paying with my patience, which me, is a higher price.
