I normally pay my cellphone account via the internet and lo and behold come January they debit me after I paid my account, I have been fighting with them for the past three weeks to re assign the money to my account, it feels asif they are just dragging it out until the accounts billing cycle runs which is most unacceptable because of their debit my insurance was not paid and all the the agents can say is that the money will be in my account after the head of their dept. has signed off the request. Im still waiting.
The amount was R450.00 and R500.00
