For over three months I have been trying to change my cellphone contract from my mom's name into mine. I have dealt with MTN in Kloof, Durban, and over the duration of these three months, MTN have lost my documents, refused to speak to me and have continuously been told I will have someone 'get back to me'.
The Kloof branch manager has been on leave so I have made no progress with my contract transfer and today (11/02/2013), I called the MTN Call Centre to have the account statement emailed to my mom (account holder) as per her request. Even though I have the 'confidential information' required by MTN, no one has been able to assist me with requesting for the account statement to be sent / emailed through.
Incredibly frustrating!!!
