Applied for contract on 05/02/2013, this was approved same day and T&C's were read out as well. on Friday 08/02/2013 called to find out if this has been approved and where is my sms with the ref number, was told it was sent at 9:AM and according to them it was sent. Well today is the 11/02/2013 and yet no confirmation, I called and spoken to a warren who argued that they have sent and maybe the cell number i used is not correct but he concluded at the that the number is correct. My gripe with Cell c is if they have supposedly sent the sms, where is it and can they not send another one. Secondly, If they dispatch the phone they say they let us know via sms that the phone will be delivered and be ready with your id copies and so forth. Well How will I know when this phone will be delivered when they dont send a sms? My ref number is SPI002970732
