MIGRATION IS A NO GO

Unfortunately after a major battle last year with autopage I find myself here once again. Last year after finding out all the pros and cons on doing a name change of my contract to a business name and also having to resort my complaint to hello peter before sumthing was done I find myself here once again. After billing our company name for 5 months we have now opted to migrate my number to a greater package. 2 applications later both I have received smses on saying its rejected and half an hour later on the phone this morning I am sitting with no straight answer. One lady tells me it is because the contract is only 5 months old I can do this. Surely you do credit refrence checks the company that the cel is now on has been around longer then 5 months this to me is not a valid excuse... I was also told when we did the name change that this would not affect the fact that the contracts upgrade that is to take place now in May if I'm noy mistaken will still happen after 2day I doubt this!! This has defnitly only made me think 3 times more about canceling!!
