IPhone 5 cannot get MMS - Just accept it

I have been getting the run around between Vodacom and iPhone about how to solve a problem. Every time I get a MMS it gives me a vodacom internet website and passcode to go to to view my MMS. No-one can solve this!!! The manager of Vodaworld in Midrand eventually sat in front of me, after the lady could not help me, and he proceeded to inform me that this is how it will be. Some devices are not supported by iPhones and I should just accept this!!! What a of nonsense. I refused to accept this, and after a long heated debate about cancelling my contract at a cost of roughly R14200-00, he changed the settings and told me in 2 days all will work! So what was the device stuff about? Incompetent people without any training, lying to my face. Shame if you are gullible to believe these people.
