Utterly disgusting service from Cell C

This is the 4th report on the disgusting service from CEll C this month. 15 days of Feb I have not had a cell-phone service for which I am paying. Funiwe Hintsho is not responding to emails, faxes or phone calls. Andrew in her section promised Swazi will sort it out- not sure if it will be this year as not one single person has come back to me as promised. On the 25th of Feb I sent a letter and copies of accounts showing the error clearly- namely a random debit of 109.09 on my account, whereas I had made a payment of 109.09 to sort out this mess!! No reaction from Cell-C. On the 26th of Feb another email to [Email Removed] - no response. Wed 27th Feb- another email- no response. 28th of Feb, a fax to accounts at CEll C showing full payment of monthly bill (Feb: R433.01) and explaining the error AGAIN! no response. 28th Feb email to cust service- no response. Phone is barred and Cell C clearly do not have a competent person to deal with a simple matter of incompetent accounting. I refuse to pay once more for their incompetence. Anyone reading this should stay clear from CELL C- I notice MTN has much better customer ratings and I have no hazzles with my VODACOM contract!!
