Cancellation and refund

I once took a loan with this company and terminated my agreement with them. after i few months my account was debited again and i called the callcenter and i was told it was cancelled. after 3 months they debited my account again for six months. i called requested a cancellation and refund of the money they had taken from account. i received a letter on the 30th of november 2012 claiming that i will receive my money within 21 working days. needless to say i have not received anything. last week i called and i was told by a consultant that they pay in batches and i might not be in the one they are paying now. she said she will let accounts know that they need to make it an urgent payment. i have not received my money or email or phone call. i would like to find out why it is taking so long to get back money that was not even supposed to be taken and when i will be getting it back.
