I am really disgusted with FNB, each and every day they show me that they are out for my money.
Few months back I took out a temporal loans in October and FNB decided not to debit the money 2 months,
in Feb Groenewald Lubbe Inc called me and advised me that the temporal loan account has been handed over to them. I advised them that I will pay the full amount on the 1st week of March which i did and they decided not to debit the money on friday the 08th though I had asked them to. This morning i then deposited an amount R4959.07 to Groenewalds account Ref no DLS32112.I then went to FNB to enquire on my account only to find out that FNB TEMPORAL LOAN has also debited R3899 for the same temporal loan. When I called temporal loans the lady I spoke to hung up on me and when I called Groenewald they told me that FNB has to refund me. I have other accounts to pay and I need my money back immediately, it has to be on my account tomorrow morning. If i do not receive that money tomorrow who ever is due to refund me will have to add interest for the other accounts, because my other accounts will not be affected by FNB incompetence.
