Egret of buying an blackberry

Took my phone for repairs to midrand by 7 of January 2013 . with a same problem with a previous phone blackberry is freezing and rebooting at all times . tracking pad is not working . apparently they quoted me R1700 to fix the phone and its refurbished phone and I'm still within the warranty. Ive made a biggest mistake by upgrading to blackberry that means I'm stuck with a same problem for next coming 2 years. I'm paying for a new phone and blackberry gave me refurbished phone .i have been with Nashua more 3 years and this is kind of service issued to their loyal customers.
