Complete and utter incompetence

After attempting for about a month now to get my adsl line up and running,
I eventually went to Hello Peter in the hopes of my problem being taken somewhat seriously.

I was phoned by a guy named Sydney and after being told to "Phone him to remind him" about some thing or another, he then took to playing music while on the call with me.

After which we arranged for me to call him on Saturday so that I could be at home while we troubleshoot this thing.

I did call him on Saturday, he then explained that "he had friends over" and basically made it clear that he couldn't care less about this issue.

Attempting to get a rise out of him, I said that I would probably now cancel my services with Afrihost since it seemed to me that they do not take their work seriously to which he replied "OK".

I am completely shocked by this kind of treatment, and as a result feel that I should made good on my promise and simply cancel all services with Afrihost, and advise others against dealing with them.
