My 18 month old HTC died. Called the service center, they immediately emailed me a few things to try, failing which i must bring it in for repairs.
I took it in expecting to pay and wait 2 weeks for the repair.
To my surprise, it was repaired under warranty, received it back 1 and 1/2 days later, with a new screen, battery, and motherboard!
Friendly lady called ot collect. Fast efficient bookin and bookout process... excellent service!
