MTN cannot resolve a simple issue... Again

I used to be in the employment of Standard Bank, but I left their employment 3 years ago.

I have a Standard Bank Business contract which I have unsuccessfully tried to revert to a normal contract, as I clearly do not qualify for this anymore due to the fact that I am no longer with Standard Bank.

I need someone to assist me resolving this and switching it to a normal contract. Surely it can't take 3 years???
