I recently took out a 8ta contract as I wanted an iphone, firstly I was not informed of the additional costs I am being billed for, but most importantly I am unable to send sms's off my device. I spent 45minutes waiting while staff tried to check settings on the phone. They eventually decided they could not and logged a fault report and promised I would be contacted within 36 hours. When following up 3 days later I was informed that all they can do is email the technical department and waiting period was actually 72hours.
Well 5 days later I still can not send a sms and have been to 8ta and istores who confirm the problem is with the service provider. Today I received my first bill including my sms bundle I am paying for.
