Thought Telkom ADSL was the way but hey wrong move

I had an adsl line installed on the 6th of December and since then i have spent most of my time on the phone complaining about the service. First the modem i got was faulty and kept switching off but that was easily resolved at the shop, they gave me a new one. But the speed issue never improved even with the new modem. then asked for a speed upgrade from 1Mbps to 4Mbps but when i do a speed test i am getting around 1Mbps. their system says i am on 4 yet i am not even getting half that speed. efforts to get this sorted have proved to be a waste of time as i get more than 4 people calling me asking if i am able to connect to the internet and when i answer yes next thing is i get an sms saying that my problem has been fixed. Also one guy calls me and tries to convince me that i should be happy that i am getting 1Mbps as others in other areas are getting less than 1Mbps. I don't know whether i should be happy with such a statement. I don't need to be called 10 times being asked about the same problem that i had since the 10th of December but noone fixing it. Mweb uses telkom Lines but when you want 4Mbps thats what you get. Please fix this as i am tired otherwise i will use others
