I am currently stading in a queue for the second time. The queue first round cost me 1 hour of my day! Spending 5 minutes trying to understand why it is that I cant cancel my contract and move it to my company's ownership I was left with no option but to wait till June. I phoned call center after having to drive back home. O I could just move ownership! The lady at the front just forgot to mention that. Bad service guys!
