My boyfriend and I went to KFC to have some ice cream. I felt like an Oreo Crusher but told him that as they so frequently dont have Oreos, i'll have a Chocolate Brownie Avalanche as a second choice. The queue was miles long and we sat in the drive thru for more than a half an hour, but we didnt mind because the ice cream is usually worth it. When we eventually got to the front of the queue, the lady informed us that there was no ice cream. So not only did we sit in the queue for more than a half an hour, we had to continue sitting in it till we could get to the front and drive away. The lady was not particularly friendly nor apologetic and just closed her window again. It would be very helpul to put signs up at the front of the drive thru so that people dont have to waste their time, energy or patience!
