It cost me yesterday to go to an internetcafe one block down from my business to submit my clients sars returns because there was again vodocam signal problems. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. I want to cancel the contract with vodacom. look at my history of complains. It is vodacom data signal problems all the time. It is not save for me to go on the SARS website through an Internetcafe but because of the terrible, never avaialble data signals from vodacom there is no other choice. I got dead lines and I can't wait every time when i am complaining two weeks for vodacom to investigate. I am sick of it. I WANT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT. People using telkom ADSL in my erea, like the internet cafe did not have any problems. There is a contarct between us and vodacom, we pay and the deliver. Vodacom where is your part of the deliver or is it only my money thats good for you. It is also impossible to phone your MD or when calling in to spoke to one of the senior management. The only thing you get is "We are investigating! " And in the mean time my whole office come to a stillstand because of Vodacoms NON Delivery.
