On 14/01/13 I visited the MTN Service Centre at Canal Walk. I was due for an upgrade on my contract and took up their special offer being, TopUp 200 Samsung Handset 32" Samsung TV. There was no issues with the renewal & the documentation was duly completed. The consultant advised me that they do not keep the TV's in stock and that I will be contacted directly by the supplier within 7-10 days to arrange for the delivery thereof. He did not say 7-10 'working' days. I waited for 7 days, nothing happened. Needless to say .. on the 10th day nothing happened.By this time, I have already given my old TV away as I had to make space for the new one. Today, 8 February 2013, I am still waiting. Have visited the service centre on a few occasions and was advised that the supplier is out of stock. Almost like Mtn is blaming the supplier now. I also contacted Mtn's Customer Care No 808. There I was told they will not be able to assist me as I must contact the Service Centre directly. When asking for a number was told ther is no number I must go personally. I DONT have a contract with Mtn's supplier. I have a contract with Mtn and expect them to sort this out, as in NOW.
