Very Efficient Service

I recently had a phone screen break. When I went to Vodacom in Fourways, they informed me I had no insurance on my account so I would have to pay cash to fix it. I did this. Three months later I called the Vodacom accounts to ask for a breakdown of my account. I was told I have Insurance. I was furious, as why did I have to pay cash when I already had Insurance (incompetence of the staff working at the Vodashop!!).

I happened to speak with Graham in the Insurance department regarding this, his attitude and willingness to help was great. Within a week I had been refunded the full amount.

His disposition on the phone and effort he put in to assist me was perfect. Thank you very much to him for his hard work. I trust his influence on other members in the team is a true asset to Cellsure.
