Increase of monthly charges

They have increased the price of all monthly charges without my acknowledgement. I have contacted autopage regarding this and not a single person who works there could give me an answer as to how can they charge me for something which I did not give any consent to. Autopage has also decided to charge you for postage of your bill which is ridiculous. I expect them to credit me for all the months that they have been over charging me for.
