My telephone stopped working on the 10/12/2012. I logged a call with Telkom on the 12/12/12. upon following up on the call on numerous occassions i was finally informed on the 08/01/13 that they had a system issue and the call will be resolved. its almost 30 days now without and service.
The call centre incompetence in handling the matter is shocking. it took 6 followups for them to finnaly figure out the there call logging system had a problem. No my initial call has been closed and a new call opened.
Guess i have to wait another 30 days for them to act on this call and close it.
