I am being charged a postage fee of R8.33 (vat) for my statement from Altech Autiopage Cellular. When I called the Call Centre on 0861232424, the agent tells me that this a change made by Autopage from this year. That they notified clients on the October statements. This is not so, as other increases were mentioned but nothing on now having to pay for my account to be posted to me. I have never had to pay any other company to post an account statement to me. This is part of their sundries... not mine. This is a ridiculous charge and I want to be refunded immediately. People, please check your accounts if you are with Autopage cellular. They have already increased their charges for Sim insurance and CLIP... now this. I will not renew my contract with them!
