Last week Saturday I upgraded my Blackberry curve 8520 to Bold 9900, since the upgrade it has been giving me problems, I charge it every day and I don't chat a lot nor do I listen to music on it. I went to boulders mall to return my phone since I was not happy with my phone, Sabelo who was helping me was very rude he doesn't know anything about customer service, I'm busy explaining my problem to him and he said all smart phone are like that the battery doesn't last for 24 hours. I told him he should let us know that the batteries are poor and we will not bother buying phones that won't last, he said he is not the one who helped me the time of upgrade and I should wait for him to come back explain terms and conditions of the battery, I mean come on is it necessary for him to tell me wait for the guy who sold me a phone for TC. This is not acceptable, if he is in a bad mood he must not take it out on customers. I will not use the phone with poor battery if it does not last 24hrs then my contract must be terminated. I want working phone in good condition, I have been using 8520 for the past year and it never gave me a problem, I will not spend my money on something that doesn't work
