STILL NO JOY ON REPLACING OF BLACKBERRY BOLD 9900

I am very disappointed in Cell C. I worte a complaint on Hello Peter last week and the next day Cell C returned a response and promised that someone would call me. Mr Sisa did call and asked me to hand in the handset at the Centurion Mall Branch, which I did. I sent him the Customer Repair Form via e-mail. After two days of forwarding the same e-mail to his mailbox, NO JOY AT ALL. I've been without a phone since October 2012 . Why can't they sort out the problem!! The next e-mail will be to the CEO of Blackberry (RIM) Mr Thorsten Heins because Cell C is not capable of helping me.
