Hi

I called Auto page inquiring why my account bill was so high when have agreed on a new bill starting this year. I was giving a REF No: A13001256332 and promised I will be called within 7 working days, till this day no one has called and now my query is apparently closed by Mogotsi Makhanya (apologies if name is spelled wrongly) without any resolution. Now till this day I have been using my own air time calling this people now I want my money back and I don't want to hear any explanations I want action. I never had any problems with Auto Page before but I fill like as a client this query was handle poorly and with lots of disrespect towards me and I want it to be solved ASAP.
