We took out a my2GB special with auto page last year. Our monthly bill averages R1000-R1500 per month. We are meant to only be charged R495 a month (according to today's phone call) they give us a different amount everytime we phone to query. I have asked numerous times for them to prove to me how we are going over our 2GB as this is not possible. They keep telling me that they can't tell me. I WANT an itemized bill from the time we took out this account last year and if you cannot provide me with proof I will take you to court because as far as I can tell, you are my money.
