The past two months, Vodacom has deducted extra money from my bank account. I requested statements, just to find out they deducting it for a cell phone account that has a block on it. When i phoned them, Mpho told me that she can see there is a block on this account but can not tell me why the bill was so hi. She said, she need to escalate it to somebody who will be able to assist me. I dispute the payment because its all most double the normal Bill and now vodacom sending SMS's informing me to pay. Till now nowbody come back to me assist. PLEAS SORT OUT YOUR MISTAKES!!!
