This whole experience has made me realise that Afrihost is not the company I should partner with. The lack of communication and feedback on your side is appalling to say the least.
I had a request on my account and it was implemented two years ago. This was subsequently changed without my knowledge / request. the worse thing is that when I asked about it I was ignored.
They changed their business rules of which they failed to technically explain them and just leave you to dry.
The arrogance I get from the emails I got from them is so bad you would think they are doing you a favour.
