POOR TREATMENT FROM STAFF

I BOUGHT THE HUAWEII INTERNET ROUTER IN NOVEMBER LAST YEAR, IN DECEMBER IT WAS DEAD, SO I WENT TO THE STORE TO CHANGE IT THEY SAID I MUST BRING THE SLIP WITH SO THAT THEY CAN TAKE IT TO REPAIR THAT WILL TAKE ABOUT 2 WEEKS AS I USE IT FOR BUSINESS I BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE AT THEIR STORE THEN TOLD THEM THAT I WILL BRING THE OLD ONE WITH THE SLIP. TODAY I WENT THERE TO GIVE IT TO THEM, WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE STORE I SPOKE TO THE TELLER WHO CALLED THE GUY TO ASSIST ME, THE GUY TOOK MY NAME, ID AND CELLPHONE NUMBERS AND SAY I MUST WAIT AS HE IS HELPING ANOTHER PERSON, THEN I TOLD THEM THAT I WILL GO OUTSIDE THEN LATER I WILL COME BACK, WHEN I COME BACK THEY STARTED TO TELL ME THAT THEY NEED MY ID. I'VE ASKED THEM WHY THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR THAT BEFORE AS I'M FROM THE CAR AND IT IS THERE, THEY STARTED TO TELL ME THAT THEY CAN'T HELP ME IF I DON'T HAVE AN ID, IN THE 1st PLACE THEY DIDN'T ASK FOR AN ID WHEN I BUY THE ITEM, SECONDLY, I HAD TO BUY ANOTHER BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE THE SLIP AND THEY ARE STILL GOING TO TAKE FOR REPAIR, THIRDLY, I WENT THERE AND WAITED FOR ABOUT THIRTY MINUTES AND THEY STARTED TELLING ME ABOUT AN ID. I'M NOT HAPPY BECAUSE I'VE GOT AN ITEM THAT IS NOT WORKING.
