My business needs changed being more out of the office than in.
I walked into Boksburg store, no problem sir, this plan will suite you much better - one month migration and in the first week I am out of airtime and paying more! Two months later I walk into the Benoni store, we are so sorry to hear of your problem sir, our new red advantage package will suite you better. Can you take off all other expenses pertaining to current package, no problem sir, on the migration this will happen automatically - next bill - I was billed for the new red advantage package including a free smart phone which I did not receive, including 1000mb data and limitless sms's, on top of which I get billed for a 500mb data package, my old phone handset contract amount and the list goes on. I phone Vodacom to spend a miserable hour on the phone to be told that if my instruction is not voice logged, they cannot help me.
After being a Vodacom client for twenty years now, I am very soured by the un-professional attitude they show.

I feel R4300.00 will be better donated to charity than paying this bill this month!
