I swopped my talking point on 2 occasions for 50 sms's meaning that i have 100 sms.
a weel later i called the 114 call centre on the 13/07/2013 and they say i have no sms and that i only swopped for 50 talking points. if i look on my phone it shows 0 talking points.
this is totally unacceptable..now i must a call an 082 241 1082 at me expense to rolse this problem.
vodacom you are cheating you clients and i've been with you for over 10 years.
i will put this in the news paper i promise you and i will move my entire family over to Cell C, including my wife's 3 contracts she has with you, i s#%t you not.!!!
