I have been calling MTN on 173 for the past four hours now and every time I opt to speak to a consultant i get the following message "Our Consultants are currently busy, please call again later" then the line cuts off. All my life i've been calling call centres this has never happened to me before. They can say what they want about Telkom but they are not under Staffed, you'll always have a person at the other side of the line. All i need assistance with: i have R54 airtime balance and when i try buy once off uncapped data of R50 it says i have insufficient funds. Please Help!!!
