Excessive Bad service

My son smashed my blackberry screen, Bold 9900 which has a touch screen, and i took it in for repairs at CellC Menlyn. The staff were lovely, until i had to deal with the so called manager at CellC Menlyn, Vincent, he was short, smug and terribly unfriendly and unhelpful.
I pay monthly for cellC insurance on the device, but i chop and change sim cards with another provider, and due to this, Vincent REFUSED to offer service until i got extremely upset and he begrudgingly assisted and continually told me CellC would not fix my device.
He was right, they sent it back broken, 4 WEEKS LATER!!! No communication, only 1 sms to say the device was received at the repair centre. No reason given why the device had not been repaired... Now, regardless of the network i use, i pay cellc to insure that specific device and feel it should be repaired...
Also, I was billed the wrong amount this month after promises were made of being credited for something i was not receiving...
Then when collecting the device, I was told i cannot have it as i did not have the jobcard... Seriously?
I had to threaten and call the Customer service before Vincent would give me the device, and he was smug too!!
