Poor service that won't seem to improve

I have purchased from cellc gateway on 28 May being told the device will be replaced if something goes wrong with it within 7 days. Unfortunately I notice the phone speaker makes a crackling noise when on a call. I book the phone in for an OBF 3 days later... they advised i need to wait a further 7 days for an approval (this me off). I think this is as i do not have a phone and they make no effort to speed up the approval process. Why can't they just freaking give me a new device and then take however long they want to do whatever they need with the damaged device thereafter?? I don't see why I have to suffer when the device sold to me was a factory defect!!! Dumb process!!
I have been through will cellc and their incompetence!! A week b4 the purchase of the new device, i made a settlement of a contract (amt /- R7000) and i had to resort to hello peter due to the pathetic service from cellc in clearing the payment.
I want my new phone today cellc!!! I will not recommend url to anyone bcoz sometimes saving a few rands is not worth the service when u really require the opposite.
And fyi... I have a contract with cellc for 10 years now..maybe its time to change.
