Telkom uncapped broadband

On the February I called Telkom with the intention of activating Telkom Broadband uncapped 1MBps on the landline 011 982 2629.
Spoke to a consultant who's name i don't remember, who hung up the call due to do her incompetence. On my second call I spoke to Sonia, who at the end of the call said she will call me back with regards to getting connected. She explained that my intial fee would amount to R426.84 and R329pm thereafter. Two months later on the 2013/04/02 with no response from Sonia, I called and spoke to Solly Shongwe and he advised that I am active on the capped 5MBps package since the 2013/02/07, which I did not ask for.and he also advised that I have to pay a monthly subs of R514.
I would like to be assisted promptly.
