I booked my Sumsang S4 for inspection at CellC Menlyn on 13/12/2013 as the device battery lasted few minutes even after a full charge and the device was also freezing. The reference no. for the booking is PRE469287. On 23/12/2013, I received an sms that my device was handed to the technician (Ref. no. CLC996557).
