Poor service and attitude

Upon attempting to do a Sim swap at the norwood branch the sim was processed and apparently then cancelled by the same lady who processed it. when calling vodacare i was told they managed it from their side and to wait another 1-6 hours. 48 hours later i was still not reconnected. A second conversation with vodacare indicated I would need a new sim card all together. i called vodacom norwood mall and was rudely told that they are moving shop and cant help me, even if they were the ones to make the initial mistake. i then went to a vodacom balfour park where they checked online told me all was working and then asked me to leave the shop as they were wanting to close soon. i conduct my business through my phone which has now cost me money and immense frustration. Something as simple as a sim swap should not involve this amount of frustration and time. I am disgusted in the customer service i have received. As a company I have a growing number of employees whom I have always taken out vodacom contracts. Im approaching the 72 hour mark with no connection! Its a disgrace.
