4 Mar - phoned for update.
5 Mar - Told that the NIP Infr team, no material to close fiber
14 Mar - Inspect site. for OLS
18 Mar - Chased up, nothing
19 Mar - OLS done
27 Mar - Phoned the escalation mgr, said 99% done, would get back... waiting
3 Apr - Mailed... nothing
5 Apr - Mailed... nothing
8 Apr - tech onsite, found port duplic sent back to planning
10 Apr - Sent mail, no response
11 Apr - Phoned, get back to me, but nothing
14 Apr - Today, waiting
