I had a month to month fibre to the home contract with Cell C I took out during or about 2019. Monthly payments were made and the acc was up to date. Cell C did not deliver services and we got stuck in lockdown with no wifi. Since it was a month to month, i canceled. Cell C confirmed the cancellation and tbat all funds are paid in full. Now all of the sudden, almost 2 1/2 years down the line I am getting harassed by SSDV. They cant even tell me for what the alledged outstanding amount is for. Never received any statements from Cell C since cancellation. Ive requested more or less on 10 occasions SSDV for an email, but it falls on deaf ears. They do not want to listen. Im taking this matter fwd.
