I have been constantly hounded by Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associates in regard to an MTN account I do not have!!!
Besides the calls I get sms's reading "FINAL DEMAND ON MTN PAY NOW@ FNB SOUTH AFRICA EDO DCCM- MTN ACC 62194430882 BRANCH 254005 R 10185.85. 12864346 SSDA TEL: 0878250600"
First off I do not have an MTN account, secondly they cannot give me proof of the contract signed "apparently by me" or the ID copy used to open this account, yet they demand I send through an ID certified copy and open a case for if this is not my account. This is the mess up of MTN, and they should be sorting out these types of cases and if handed over to attorneys they should investigate and not hound innocent people.
P.S - The Call Centre agent 'Sifiso Mngubeni" at Shapiro Shaik Defries & Associate's attitude stinks, whereby he actually argues and raises his voice and doesn't have any regard to what I have to say.
I would appreciate if MTN and their attorneys sort out this problem!!!
