Ad service, no care for client/custome

I have had the misfortune of dealing with cellc over a LGL9 phone offer. after calling the call center and waiting for 25 minutes which i paid for. I was told there was no stock. Then a manager (Nirvana Ramsuraj) promised to help and said cellc will honour its advert. that was one month ago. then a mr A Faber said he will assist and well after plus minus ten emails and whole lot of promises, he does not reply or even call to give me any updates. the worst part is i had just renewed a previous contract and pay R500 per month for a blackberry Z10 which does not get reception. on complaint of this i was told to contact blackberry and log a complaint so a technician can come out and check signal strenght in my area... well cellc i must commend you on great customer service. i will not take out any further contracts with cell c and will go to VODACOM /MTN even if it costs me double in premiums PITY I AM STUCK WITH BLACKBERRY CONTRACT WISH I COULD GET OUT OF IT AND MIGRATE MY NUMBER...
I WONT HOLD MY BREATH FOR A RESPONSE
