SECOND TIME AROUND POOR SERVICE

Firstly i had a damaged blackberry which i had taken in for repairs which took around 17-18days which supposedly had to be fixed to only find out it is not repairable because it is water damaged which i only find out the day i got my phone, nobody has called me to inform me about nothing which i find pathetic, also it was not ever near water, and according to many more blackberry clients this is the new MTN thing to claim that the phone is water damaged, which i very well will be taking up with Blackberry itself.
secondly i sent a second phone of mine which is now not the first but 3rd time i am sending it to have repaired only to find out that the phone has not even been booked in at repair centre after 14working days, when i went to look for the phone no-one could find the phone at the time it is now almost 4weeks and still i heard nothing from MTN. Many people are complaining about the service at MTN which i just find pathetic and i want this matter sorted out immediately!
