I am irritated by SSD. I have a Cell C account which was handed over to SSD, i made arrangements with them to pay R600 every month. not once they have sent me statement only thing they do sms me the balance am owing. I've been paying but the credit keeps on increasing every month. now i called them to find out about my balance they tell me that my installment has increased bcz of charges that i call them with my airtime, i get charged for it, and that there are charges every month, but i said to them i am paying on time where are the charges coming from. can anyone help me
